Acceptable Use Policy

BY USING OUR WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

This sets out what is and is not permitted on Tierly and forms part of your agreement with us. Any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in deactivation of your Content and/or your account.

Defined terms in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use.

You may not use Tierly to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise share content that features or facilitates:

1. Minors in Inappropriate Content:

   1. Anyone under the age of 18 in explicit content, or any explicit content involving an adult who has not completed our creator onboarding process or provided legally sufficient consent and documentation.

   2. Any depiction—real, simulated, or roleplayed—of minors in sexual or exploitative scenarios is strictly prohibited.

2. Illegal Activity, including (but not limited to):

   1. Exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals under 18

   2. Incest, bestiality, necrophilia

   3. Rape, sexual assault, or any non-consensual content (whether real or simulated)

3. Prohibited Items or Substances:

   1. Use or promotion of weapons, controlled substances, or any object in a manner that poses a risk to yourself or others.

4. Hate Speech:

   1. Attacks or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, age, disability, or illness.

5. Abuse or Harassment:

   1. Stalking, doxxing, defamation, or sharing of intimate, manipulated, or non-consensual images (real or AI-generated).

6. Violence or Self-Harm:

   1. Content depicting or encouraging suicide, self-injury, extreme physical or mental harm, or bondage/impact without clear, informed, and visible consent.

7. Prohibited Bodily Fluids:

   1. Content involving urine, feces, or similar materials.

8. Misleading Information:

   1. False or deceptive media titles, thumbnails, or account details.

9. Non-Consensual Media:

   1. Any explicit image or video of another individual without their express permission, including deepfakes or synthetic media.

10. Public Nudity:

    1. Explicit sexual conduct in public spaces or any location where it would reasonably be visible to non-consenting persons (including profile avatars or headers).

11. Prohibited Cyber Activity:

    1. Spamming, phishing, doxxing, scraping content, linking to off-site illegal or harmful material, interfering with Tierly’s systems, or violating data privacy laws.

12. Content Theft:

    1. Scraping, downloading, redistributing, or misusing content or data from Tierly or any Creator for any purpose.

13. In-Person Transactions:

    1. Facilitating real-world meetings or transactions outside of Creator Interactions explicitly permitted on the platform.

14. Prohibited Commercial Activity:

    1. Selling regulated or illegal items, falsely claiming Tierly endorsement, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
